General Information

Business location: We are located in the Stationhouse Courtyard adjacent to the Stationhouse Hotel. We are two minutes walk from the town centre with free parking. 

We have an online shop selling our products. 

We can organise a click and collect service if this suits your needs. 

Please be advised that it is best to book your treatments in advance so that you can get the time and day that suits you best. 

Shipping/Returns

What is your shipping policy? 

> While we endeavour to have your order with you the following working day, if your order is completed by 3pm, delays may occur. We will do our best to keep you updated if this occurs. Please allow for longer during peak trading times. 

What is your return policy? 

> If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original unopened package in peak condition within 10 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us and refunds are at the discretion of the company. 

Can I modify my order after it's been placed? 

> If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.
